I am a fifth-year doctoral candidate in the Cognitive Sciences program at Georgia State University. My research is centered around the themes of cognitive development and social learning. Past and current projects investigate skills such as imitation, tool use, facial motion processing, emotion recognition, and prospective memory in typically developing children and adults. I also collaborate on research projects that examine these abilities in children with developmental disabilities (including autism) and nonhuman primates.
